When you become a parent, you review the roles your parents played in your life and the values they instil in you. The same thing happened with me. My mother gave more importance to raise her daughters with correct values then designing her own career. I also believed in the same values and started investing more time in raising my two sons. 

I was happy and content in nurturing my kids; the urge to pursue a career continued. My father always had the inner zeal to do something in life. Inheriting that value from him, I decided to build my career and fulfil my dreams while raising the kids and started employing my skills of organizing, planning, and critical thinking.

I thoughtfully initiated programs to support my sons to grow and excel creatively and intellectually.

I introduced CREATIVE ART & CRAFT, an initiative designed to nurture children’s creativity from an early age, even before they can read or write. Through a vibrant world of arts and colours, kids found a platform to express themselves and develop much required, finer motor skills.

When my elder son was 6 years old, I was facing issues with his handwriting and slow writing in school. I researched on handwriting and other skills that groom kids at that tender age. I realised that it is important to instil and educate kids regarding ‘why’ skills are important in a fun, interactive way through games, puzzles, and storytelling.

SMART KIDS, a mindful program to address the importance of basic skills to the kids is a result of my continuous and consistent efforts to invest more and more for holistic development of kids. Recognizing the importance of foundational skills, SMART KIDS became a comprehensive program that delved into the ‘why’ & ‘how’ behind vital skills like writing, reading, speaking, listening and physical skills.

We witnessed amazing results of SMART KIDS; all kids excelled in various competitions, such as essay writing, storytelling, public speaking, debates, quizzes, and more. Kids those who were introvert were able to talk and express in public, leading to an upward trajectory in both academic and extra-curricular activities.

In the meantime, I came across DMIT. It is a tool to guide and help parents unlock insights about their child with tasks and advice. It proved to be a bridge between kids and parents. While the SMART KIDS program was assisting children in thriving and developing themselves, DMIT could help parents understand the various requirements of their kids based on their innate talents and capabilities.

I felt the need to interact with parents and help them in understanding their child’s personality, intelligence, and the way children learn, so they can engage their kids in appropriate games and activities.

Under SMART MIND SCAN program, I took up counselling as a profession, enhancing children’s holistic development. Parents started understanding needs of their children, to learn in a creative and playful manner; building skills and offering children to decide the career choices.

SMART INTELLIGECE CLASSES was an outcome in a way to provide engaging games, puzzles, and tailored activities to make each kid creative, intellectually sound, and more confident than ever before. All three ventures helped hundreds of parents understanding their children better, going beyond the obvious and known, and kids took advantage of their inborn potential to the fullest.

The results of SMART MIND SCAN were evident.
I discovered that my younger son had high linguistic and imaginative intelligence. We encouraged him to express and write more. He authored two books by now; “Sam and the Cave of Darkness,” at the age of 9, and “Caught” at 13.
I learned that my elder son had exceptional level of logical and visual intelligence. By providing appropriate games and guidance, he was able to become a professional photographer in school, excel as a chess champion and a celebrated student leader at the school representing national and international forum like MUN, Inspirit, Times of India, etc.

Through SMART MIND SCAN and SMART INTELLIGENCE CLASSES, we have witnessed firsthand the positive transformations in hundreds of children and parents. That is why we created the Vxplore program to help every child discover and develop their innate potentials and grow holistically, humanely.
